This recipe fucking sucks. The one on your website has to be the wrong fucking measurements
I used a peanut butter and chocolate chips mix for the fudge layer because that's all that I had, and it turned out great! Used gluten free regular sized oreos. Thanks for the recipe!

Is there a full step by step process for this cake?
Did you put it in the refrigerator ,after the second coat to apply the paper towel?
No, if you put it in the fridge first, the buttercream will crust over and then the paper towel won't work.

Just a question are you using like a parchment type paper or like a Saran Wrap?
The paper that I line the pan with is saran wrap. It's the press n' seal kind, not the regular one.

U should mention ingredients with proper measurements ..
Why do you do it the opposite way to everyone else? I.e not putting the cornstarch into the egg yolks?

Are you sure it’s 10 cups powdered sugar, can I reduce it?
I am sure, but you can reduce it. I like a stiffer buttercream so that I can pipe it easily and I know it all stays in place. Plus, I have a particular way I frost my cakes that tends to use more. Feel free to reduce the overall amount of buttercream (not just the powdered sugar), if you'd like to use less, particularly if you still want a stiffer buttercream but just less of it.

The recipe on your site doesn't include how much lemon to use for the filling, but you note to add lemon juice in the filling. How much lemon juice is recommended for the filling?
Yes, it't there - 6 tbsp (90ml) lemon juice. It's the 5th ingredient in the list for the filling. I hope that helps!
Can you use cookie cutters for this?
